This workshop will raise donations for The Be Free ComUNITY Center. Below is a description of the center’s shift into nonprofit work:

‘The Be Free CommUNITY Center,  a registered, non-profit church.  Wait, church?  Yes! Our offerings at Be Free are  inherently spiritual: Yoga. Breathwork. Sacred circles. Ceremony.  We are boldly reimagining the energy of “church” as  embodied, dogma-free, and radically inclusive.  This larger mission and vision was born from finding a future home (which happens to be a local church building that’s for sale) , and getting serious about our desire to grow the community and offerings, while simultaneously making all of our offerings  more accessible!  The non-profit entity will allow us to seek grant funding and larger donations to support those who are seeking services without the funds.‘

Claire offers religious trauma workshops to foster community and healing amongst those harmed by high control, dogmatic religions.

They are intended to be low-cost, therapeutic but not therapy, and achieve goal of raising funds for local and national non-profits fighting for marginalized communities.

The last workshop raised donations for The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition.

Within this upcoming workshop I have a new offering: homemade paper.

I have been creating homemade paper using evangelical books I find at the thrift store. Participants are welcome to use one of these pages to make a bookmark, collage on, write on, or take home to burn in a ceremony.

This workshop will raise donations for The Iris Center, a local nonprofit healthcare clinic focusing on inclusive, affirming care.
